- 1 lb. hamburg
- 4 to 5 cloves garlic
- 3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 to 3 stalks celery
- 1 to 2 qt. tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1/2 head cabbage
Directions

1Chop celery and cabbage.

2Brown hamburg.

3Add celery, garlic and tomatoes.

4One or 2 quarts of tomatoes can be used, but add equal amounts of water.

5Dissolve bouillon cubes in mixture; add kidney beans, with juice.

6Season with pepper; add cabbage.

7Simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
