- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 can tomato soup
- 4 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable fat
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (No. 2) can kidney beans
- 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Brown meat, pepper and onions in fat.

2Add tomato soup, beans, salt and pepper.

3Mix chili powder, sugar, vinegar and water. Stir into the meat.

4Mix uncooked macaroni in last.

5Cook in covered dish at 350° for 40 minutes.
