- 2 pounds beef, sirloin steak
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 large onions
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 2 each beef bouillon cubes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 x pasta, elbow macaroni as needed
- 1 pound pizza sauce 1 small jar
- 1 pound tomatoes, canned diced, 1 can petite
- 4 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Directions

1Saute meat with salt and pepper.

2Add onion and garlic when almost brown.

3Add tomatoes, chili powder, bullion cubes, and Italian seasoning.

4Add pizza sauce.

5Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.

6Cook pasta al dente.

7Mix meat, pasta, and cheese in casserole dish.

8Bake at 350F (180C) for about 40 minutes.
