- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney or pinto beans (undrained)
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine ground beef, onion and celery in a 3-quart casserole. Microwave at High for 6 to 9 minutes or until meat is cooked and vegetables are tender.

2Drain fat and break up meat.

3Stir in remaining ingredients.

4Cover.

5Microwave at High for 5 minutes. Stir.

6Reduce power to 50% (Medium).

7Microwave, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes, stirring twice.
