- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. almonds (blanched), filberts or walnuts
Directions

1Melt the butter over low heat in a frying pan large enough to avoid crowding.

2Stir to coat the nuts and shake the pan over low heat for 8 or 10 minutes.

3Turn onto paper towels to drain, then sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of chili powder.

4Toss until coated and serve warm.
