Chili Potatoes

  • 1-2 None red chilies, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 8 None medium potatoes

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F or preheat a grill. Mix together the chili and butter and season to taste.

    Cut each potato into 1/2 inch slices. Keep the slices in order and spread the butter between the slices. Wrap each 'potato' in foil. Cook in the hot coals of a barbecue or in the oven for 50 mins.
