- 2 small cans whole Ortega chilies (green ones)
- 3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 pt. sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Split chilies and rinse out seeds.

2Lay flat in lightly greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).

3Grate cheese and spread over top of chilies.

4Beat eggs and add sour cream.

5Mix well.

6Pour over top of cheese.

7Bake 30 minutes at 350° or when knife comes clean when inserted in center.
