- 1 lb cooked and peeled shrimp
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 1 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 yellow squash
- 2 zucchini
- 2 packages sliced mushrooms
- 2 lb bow tie noodles
- 3 head broccoli
- 4 cup heavy cream
- 1 garlic salt
- 2 tbsp pesto
Directions

1chop vegetables to desired size

2bring large pot of water to boil then add broccoli and noodles

3in large saucepan melt 1 stick butter over medium heat, add chopped squash, bell pepper, zucchini, and 1 package mushrooms.

4reduce heat to low.

5in another large saucepan melt half stick of butter on low heat.

6add green onions, package of mushrooms finely chopped, and pesto.

7slowly add heavy cream and parmesan cheese little bits at a time.

8stirring constantly.

9add garlic salt and shrimp to sauce.

10let thicken.

11drain noodles and broccoli.

12add vegetables and sauce to noodles.

13let it sit for 15 minutes.

14then stir.

15season to taste.
