- 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 can Old El Paso green chilli peppers
Directions

1Grease a 7 x 11-inch pan.

2Put in a layer of shredded cheese, then a layer of peppers cut in strips or chopped, then cheese and peppers and a layer of cheese on top.

3Beat eggs; add flour, milk and a pinch of salt.

4Pour over cheese layers.

5Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

6Let stand 5 to 8 minutes; cut in small squares.

7Serve on Ritz crackers.
