  • 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 can Old El Paso green chilli peppers

Directions

    Grease a 7 x 11-inch pan.

    Put in a layer of shredded cheese, then a layer of peppers cut in strips or chopped, then cheese and peppers and a layer of cheese on top.

    Beat eggs; add flour, milk and a pinch of salt.

    Pour over cheese layers.

    Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.

    Let stand 5 to 8 minutes; cut in small squares.

    Serve on Ritz crackers.
