- 2 (7 oz.) cans chilies, drained
- 1 lb. Cheddar, grated
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack, grated
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix grated cheeses together.

3Layer cheeses and chilies in 13 x 9-inch pan, ending with cheese. Reserve small amount of cheese for garnish.

4Beat eggs, milk and flour with wire whisk until smooth.

5Pour over cheese and chilies. Bake for 30 minutes.

6Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

7Bake 15 minutes more.
