  • 2 (7 oz.) cans chilies, drained
  • 1 lb. Cheddar, grated
  • 1 lb. Monterey Jack, grated
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix grated cheeses together.

    Layer cheeses and chilies in 13 x 9-inch pan, ending with cheese. Reserve small amount of cheese for garnish.

    Beat eggs, milk and flour with wire whisk until smooth.

    Pour over cheese and chilies. Bake for 30 minutes.

    Pour tomato sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.

    Bake 15 minutes more.
