- 1 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
- 1 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Seed chilies.

2Put layer of chilies in greased baking dish, then layer of cheese, layer of chilies, cheese, etc.

3Blend milk, flour and eggs in blender.

4Pour over chilies and cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until set.
