  • 1 (27 oz.) can whole chilies
  • 1 (7 oz.) can whole chilies
  • 1 1/2 lb. Jack cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Seed chilies.

    Put layer of chilies in greased baking dish, then layer of cheese, layer of chilies, cheese, etc.

    Blend milk, flour and eggs in blender.

    Pour over chilies and cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until set.
