- 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded *
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded *
- 2 large cans whole chilies
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 large can evaporated milk
Directions

1Wash chilies, remove seeds and pat dry.

2Layer half the chilies, then half the cheese in pan.

3Repeat this step.

4Beat eggs, add flour, salt and can of milk.

5Beat well and pour over top of cheese.

6Preheat oven to 350°.
