- 3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Place half of the cheeses in a greased 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with chilies and remaining cheeses. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk and flour; pour over cheeses. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until set. Cut into small squares. Serve warm. Yield: 16 servings.
