- 2 lb. stew meat
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. William chili seasoning
- 3 or 4 carrots, small cubed
- 4 to 5 potatoes, small cubed
Directions

1Brown stew meat in a skillet.

2Drain and pour into saucepan. Add water.

3Let cook for about 20 to 25 minutes.

4Add carrots. Let cook for about 10 minutes.

5Add potatoes, tomato sauce and chili seasoning.

6When this mixture starts boiling, cook for about 25 minutes on medium or until mixture is thick.

7Stew should be thick.

8Water can be added during cooking time as needed.

9Stir often.
