  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg. William chili seasoning
  • 3 or 4 carrots, small cubed
  • 4 to 5 potatoes, small cubed

Directions

    Brown stew meat in a skillet.

    Drain and pour into saucepan. Add water.

    Let cook for about 20 to 25 minutes.

    Add carrots. Let cook for about 10 minutes.

    Add potatoes, tomato sauce and chili seasoning.

    When this mixture starts boiling, cook for about 25 minutes on medium or until mixture is thick.

    Stew should be thick.

    Water can be added during cooking time as needed.

    Stir often.
