Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 2 pkg. rapid yeast mix
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 6 c. bread flour

Directions

    Take the warm water and yeast, mix and add sugar, instant potatoes and corn oil.

    Then add bread flour and mix.

    Put out on floured board and knead.

    Pinch off in balls the size of golf balls.

    Put in pan and let rise 6 to 8 hours.

    Spray pan and top of biscuits and put wax paper on top to let rise.

    Once they have doubled in size, bake at 350° until brown.
