- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. rapid yeast mix
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 6 c. bread flour
Directions

1Take the warm water and yeast, mix and add sugar, instant potatoes and corn oil.

2Then add bread flour and mix.

3Put out on floured board and knead.

4Pinch off in balls the size of golf balls.

5Put in pan and let rise 6 to 8 hours.

6Spray pan and top of biscuits and put wax paper on top to let rise.

7Once they have doubled in size, bake at 350° until brown.
