Ingredients

  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes, diced
  • 1 can cut green beans
  • 4 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 lb beef, cubed or sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

    Lightly pre-cook the beef in the olive oil to medium rare.

    While the meat is cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients into a large pan, mixing well.

    Drain the fat and oil from the cooked meat.

    Add to the stew mixture and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
