- 2 green peppers
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can tomatoes, diced
- 1 can cut green beans
- 4 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb beef, cubed or sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions

1Lightly pre-cook the beef in the olive oil to medium rare.

2While the meat is cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients into a large pan, mixing well.

3Drain the fat and oil from the cooked meat.

4Add to the stew mixture and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
