Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground sirloin
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1/3 c. chili powder or to taste
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
- 2 cans (No. 303) kidney beans
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in pot and brown pieces of meat until it loses its red color.

2Add all other ingredients except beans and simmer for 1 hour.

3Check occasionally to make sure it does not stick to bottom.

4About 15 minutes before serving, add drained beans.

5If you like moist chili do not drain beans.

6Heat and serve with hard crust buns.
