- 1 tsp. chili powder
- red pepper to taste
- 1 can peeled tomatoes
- 1 can large tomato sauce
- 1 can kidney beans (16 oz.)
- 1 can pinto beans (16 oz.)
- 1 can Old El Paso (mild) enchilada sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- beer (optional)

1Chop onion.

2In large 8-quart pan, cook chuck; remove all grease.

3Add all ingredients and simmer until well blended, 4 hours or until tomatoes are cooked down.

4It's overcooked if chuck loses its coarse texture.
