- 6 chicken breast halves, skinned
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbsp. coarse grain prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a large Ziploc, except chicken. Mix well.

2Add chicken breasts and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Turn bag frequently so that chicken is well marinated. Remove chicken from marinade and grill over hot coals until done. Discard marinade.
