- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 medium round steak
- 1 large onion
- 2 to 3 cans chopped green chilies
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Dice round steak into small cubes.

2Put in large pan or skillet with small amount of oil.

3Brown this and all the chopped onion.

4Add enough water to cover meat.

5Add 1/2 can tomato sauce. Cover; simmer for 30 minutes.

6Add the green chilies.

7Cover; simmer for 30 minutes more.

8Thicken with cornstarch, if you wish. Use over tortillas, as a filler for burritos, chips, etc.
