- 6 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (6-1/2 oz.) minced clams, drained
- 1 tsp. minced scallion
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- Salt, to taste
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 20 Saltine crackers
- 1 tbsp. ground macadamia nuts
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Whip cream cheese thoroughly.

2Add clams; mix well.

3Add scallions, chopped nuts, salt, cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce; whip again.

4Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

5Preheat oven to 300F.

6Pile clam mixture generously onto crackers.

7Sprinkle with ground macadamia nuts and paprika.

8Bake for 20 minutes.

9Remove from oven and serve hot.
