- 1 1/2 lb. pork steaks or chops
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small can green chilies, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomatoes and chili
- 2 large ripe tomatoes, chunked or 1/2 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes, drained
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Cut meat in bite size pieces.

2Brown in oil with chopped onion.

3Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4Add rest of ingredients and simmer until meat is done, about 1 1/2 hours. Best done in heavy skillet.

5Serve with fry bread.
