Chili With Rice

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (1 3/4 oz.) chili seasoning mix
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. kidney beans with juice
  • 1 can whole kernel corn

Directions

    Cook and stir meat, pepper and seasoning mix in large skillet until meat is brown.

    Stir in water, beans and tomato sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in corn.

    Return to boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Serve with rice.
