  • 1/2 lb. process American cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 (6 oz.) can Hunt's tomato paste
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • tortilla or corn chips

Directions

    In a saucepan melt cheese over low heat.

    Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients except tortilla chips in a small bowl; stir into melted cheese.

    Serve in fondue pot or chafing dish with tortilla chips.
