- 4 slices bacon
- 1 lb. liver, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. chili sauce or ketchup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Remove from pan, drain and crumble. Dust liver with flour.

3Brown in bacon drippings.

4Add bacon and remaining ingredients.

5Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.

6Uncover and cook for a few additional minutes to thicken sauce.
