  • 12 cup green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper, freshly milled

Directions
