- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 1 teaspoon oil
Directions

1Cook the Ramen for three minutes.

3Dry toast Sesame Seeds until light brown.

4Mix all sauce ingredients til smooth.

5Top the noodles with the sauce, garnish with chopped chives or scallions.

6Traditionally served chilled but it's great hot or even at room temperature.
