- 2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 pkg. Chili-O mix
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can (small) tomato sauce
- 2 (16 oz.) cans Luck's pinto beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- small amount of oil
- Italian sausage (optional)
Directions

1Drain liquid from beans.

2Chop onion and pepper and set aside. Mix beans, browned chuck and Chili-O mix (follow directions on package); pour in oil.

3Stir; add pepper.

4Cook in crock-pot for 1 1/2 hours.
