  • 1 small cucumber
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 12 cups yogurt
  • spring coriander

Directions

    Cut the cucumber into small cubes about 1/3 of an inch.

    Crush the garlic by pressing on it with the side of your knife and mince it finely.

    Mix with all the other ingredients in a bowl and serve fresh, garnished with the coriander.
