  • olive oil spray
  • 500g chicken breast fillets Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • 125g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, crumbled into smaller pieces
  • 100g mixed lettuce leaves
  • 150g sugar snap peas, blanched
  • 1 carrot, cut into ribbons with a vegetable peeler
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE* Thai Lime & Coriander Dressing

Directions

    Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium- heat.

    Spray with oil then cook chicken for 2-3 minutes each side, until browned.

    Remove and place on a lined baking tray.

    Drizzle with sweet chilli sauce and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes.

    Place Philly* on a separate lined baking tray, spray with oil and bake at 180C for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Rest 5 minutes before slicing.

    Arrange lettuce, sugar snaps, carrot, Philly* and chicken onto serving plates.

    Drizzle with dressing and serve.
