- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 12 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 3 green chilies, to taste
- 1 lemon, juice of
- olive oil
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Heat the oil and grate in the garlic and cumin- fry for a minute or so, being careful not to burn them.

2Add the tomatoes and lemon juice and seasoning.

3Simmer for 5- 10 minutes.

4Put in the blender with the coriander and blitz.

5You can serve it warm or cold.
