  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
