  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 c. tomato juice or 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Williams chilli seasoning
  • 1 (16 oz.) can red or kidney beans, drained
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • chopped onion

Directions

    Crumble and brown ground beef in large skillet.

    Drain.

    Stir in tomato juice, Williams chili seasoning and beans.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Garnish with cheese and onion.
