  • 3 oranges, squeezed
  • 1 lime, squeezed
  • 2 to 3 chilpolte peppers, canned or use paste
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar

Directions

    Put in blender and blend.

    Marinate chicken, pork, ribs, etc. in marinade for an hour and a half.
