  • 1 large onion
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • basil to taste
  • parsley to taste
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 5 eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • bell peppers
  • 1 jar Ragu
