- 4 chimichangas, beef or chicken or both
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can chili, no beans
- 8 oz. grated cheese, Mexican or Cheddar
- 1 c. chopped green and regular onions
- 1 small can chopped black olives, drained
- 1 c. salsa
Directions

1Chimichangas in baking dish.

2Heat the beans and chili together and pour over top, then layer grated cheese, onion, black olives and last the salsa on top.

3Heat 30 minutes at 450° or until bubbly hot.

4Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
