- 2 lb. steak, roast or ground beef
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 to 3 green chili peppers
- 1/2 brown onion
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
Directions

1Cut steak or roast into small pieces.

2Brown and simmer meat in a skillet.

3When almost done, add chopped tomato, peppers and onion.

4Pour in flour until well mixed.

5Add garlic salt, salt and 1 cup of water.

6Let simmer until it becomes creamy gravy.

7Fill tortillas with mixture.

8Fold them (toothpicks help them stay closed).

9Fry in oil in a skillet.

10Garnish each with shredded lettuce, guacamole and sour cream.

11A meal in itself.
