  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Brown beef and onions.

    Stir all together.

    Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered and for 1/2 hour uncovered.

    Last 15 minutes of baking, add 1 medium can of Chinese noodles.

    Put back in oven.
