- 2 onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Brown beef and onions.

2Stir all together.

3Put in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered and for 1/2 hour uncovered.

4Last 15 minutes of baking, add 1 medium can of Chinese noodles.

5Put back in oven.
