- 2 c. flaked salmon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. mild or medium salsa
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. dried cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Directions

1In medium bowl combine salmon, cream cheese, salsa, parsley and cilantro.

2Add cumin if desired.

3Spread about 2 tablespoons of salmon mixture on each tortilla.

4Roll each tortilla up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap.

5Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.

6(Can also be frozen.) Slice each tortilla into bite size pieces.

7Yields 48 appetizers.
