  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 10 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 lb. thinly sliced beef or pork
