- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil, for deep frying
- 1 lb flank steak
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 2 large green onions
Directions

1Coat the beef in cornstarch and mix with the ingredients except the green onions.

2Sautee the garilc and ginger in the 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil (about 2 to three minutes).
