- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped (may use some green onions)
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Directions

1Boil cabbage in small amount of salted water for 5 minutes and drain.

2Saute all vegetables, except cabbage, in butter.

3Butter a baking dish and layer cabbage and then vegetables until all are used.
