- 1 lb. hot pork sausage
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken noodle soup
- 1 c. uncooked rice (precooked until partly done)
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Fry sausage, onion, celery and green pepper.

2Add cream of mushroom soup, chicken noodle soup, water and rice.

3Mix together and pour into casserole dish.

4Bake 1 hour in 350° oven or until it bubbles.
