Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hot pork sausage
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1 c. uncooked rice (precooked until partly done)
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Fry sausage, onion, celery and green pepper.

    Add cream of mushroom soup, chicken noodle soup, water and rice.

    Mix together and pour into casserole dish.

    Bake 1 hour in 350° oven or until it bubbles.
