  • 1/2 lb. loose sausage (or sausage links, cut up)
  • 1 small can water chestnuts
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 4 or 5 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    Brown meat; add all ingredients. Mix well and place in baking dish (9 x 13-inches). Top with can of Chinese noodles. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°. Serves 8.
