  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pitted dates, chopped
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Directions

    Sift dry ingredients.

    Stir in nuts and dates.

    Mix eggs well. Spread in greased 15 x 10 x 19-inch pan.

    Bake at 370° for 20 minutes.

    Cut into squares while warm and roll in powdered sugar.
