- 4 to 5 pieces skinless breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 large ripe tomato, chunked
- 4 oz. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. coarsely chopped green onions
- 1 c. slant celery
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Coat chicken chunks with cornstarch.

2Heat wok to medium temperature.

3Put in oil.

4Add chicken and cook about 3 minutes or until brown.

5Add all the ingredients.

6Cover and simmer about 5 minutes.

7Serve over hot rice.
