  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. water

    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.

    Bring to a boil. Yields 1 1/4 cups.

    Brush on any meat near end of cooking in broiler or barbecue.
