- 2 c. raw chicken breast (2-inch strip)
- 1 c. hot oil
- 2 c. pea pods
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. water chestnuts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Saute chicken in hot oil 5 minutes each side.

2Add pea pods, mushrooms and water chestnuts.

3Cook uncovered for 7 minutes. Stir often.

4Season with all seasons; thicken chicken broth with cornstarch.

5Add other ingredients.

6Cook until thickened. Sprinkle top with fresh cut green onions or slivered almonds. Serve with rice.
