- 1 small onion, whole
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 1 10 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. almonds, sliced
- 2 large cans chow mein noodles
- 2 6 oz. cans water chestnuts
Directions

1Precook chicken in salted water with whole onion and stalk of celery.

2Bone chicken and cut into big chunks.

3Combine all ingredients and toss lightly like a salad.
