- 1/2 lb. chicken, slivered
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. Birds Eye farm fresh broccoli, baby carrots and water chestnuts, partially thawed
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3/4 c. Minute rice
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Saute chicken and onion in oil until chicken is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.

2Add broth, vegetables and soy sauce. Bring to a full boil.

3Stir in rice.

4Cover; remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

5Fluff with a fork before serving. Recipe may be doubled or halved.
